Advantages
Portable clean room dimension can be customize according to client requirement. Room length and width are flexible size, the height generally from 2.3 meters to 3 meter.The structure is simple, and it becomes stable in a short time after operation.Vertical laminar flow: The ceiling of the room is completely covered with HEPA filters, and the air is blown from top to bottom, which can achieve high cleanliness. Sandwich panel clean room
The wall and ceiling design with handmade sandwich panels, the connection parts cover with aluminum alloy profile. The air shower and pass box are necessary clean room equipment. Air shower position is embedded installation, due to the outside space is limited. The ceiling is special customize, the room height is 2.9 meters, so the total clean room height must be under 2.9 meter and need leave space for air exchange. So we create a ceiling cover panel to make a return air area. Two workers can finish the assemble only 2 hours for a 12 square meters room. We will provide 3D video to show every step, manual instruction, online guide. This will help client in a big convenience.
