50mm thickness HPL sandwich panels with H shape aluminum profile for matching
Modular and self-supporting partition wall panels for pharmaceutical industry in compliance with GMP requirements for sterile and controlled contamination rooms composed of internal extruded frame profiles made of aluminium pickled finish, external smooth surfaces made of HPL (High Pressure Laminate) with a thickness of 4,0 mm class B-s2, d0 of fire resistance according to EN13501-1:2001.
The internal insulation is made of honeycomb or class A1 of fire resistance according to EN13823. The junction between panels is by extruded “H” shaped profile made of raw aluminium, hidden into the frame profile, the joint between panels is 4,0 mm width and it is sealed off with bacteriostatic and mildew resistant silicone mastic, making the panels coplanar each other. The total thickness of the panel is 50 mm.
