Since the establishment of Anton County by the Qing government in 1876, "Anton" has been the name of Dandong from 1876 to the post-liberation period. This is a project spanning a hundred years, gathering the unique history and various civilizations of the Manchu Dynasty, the Republic of China and the colonial period. "Anton Old Street" is the epitome of this history. The architectural form of Anton Old Street is mainly based on the architectural form of the old street in the 1920s and 1930s in Dandong, and part of the landmark buildings and the name of the old street are copied in the project. The main architectural symbols of the Republic of China are used for the exterior wall and street decoration. It is divided into two parts: the old Anton Food Street and the Anton Tourism Reception Service Center. It is a multi-functional cultural business street integrating nostalgic sightseeing, classic food, tourism and shopping. The outer street and the inner street shops draw on the classic architectural elements of the old Anton, cooperate with the old objects and the street view sculptures, and design and reproduce the old street view, including the century-old brands, brand catering, northeast specialties, seafood, flavor snacks, local opera performances, and various folk arts. They are named after the famous old streets, such as Zhongfu Street, Tianhougong Street, Xinglong Street, Jubao Street, which flourished during the Anton period.
