CBD Oil Supercritical Extraction Equipment
After more than one year of experiments and small-scale production, American customers used our entire set of CBD oil supercritical extraction production lines to complete the extraction of high-purity CBD oil. The extracted and purified CBD oil meets the testing requirements of the U.S. market and has begun commercial operations for sale in the U.S. market. Our extraction production line includes supercritical dioxide machines, rotary steamers, short-path distillation and other equipment.
The principle of supercritical equipment extraction is to use carbon dioxide in a supercritical state to dissolve the essential oil that needs to be extracted from the raw materials. Then the carbon dioxide in the separation kettle is heated to restore it to gaseous form, and the extracted essential oil will remain in the separation kettle at the same time. After the initial crude oil is obtained, after subsequent distillation and separation, we can finally obtain clean and high-purity CBD oil.
The characteristics of the supercritical extraction production process are:
1 Food safety The solvent carrier is carbon dioxide inert gas, and the oil is not polluted by other solvents, and green food can be obtained.
2 The extracted crude oil composition is relatively single, purer, can be eaten directly, and is also convenient for subsequent deep processing and purification
3 In small and medium-scale experiments and production, energy consumption is saved, no flammable and explosive hazards, small footprint, mature technology, one equipment can complete the extraction of various plants or other materials, which is flexible and convenient
