In the year of the outbreak of new coronavirus in 2020, our cleanroom project has more orders and is still selling well all over the world. At the request of customers, we have launched a full-automatic mask machine production line, which is installed in our cleanroom to provide stable epidemic prevention masks for local people. We provide three-layer mask production equipment for adults and three-layer mask production equipment for children. Our automatic mask production line includes: automatic film maker, automatic ear band welding machine, automatic single piece / multi piece mask packaging machine.
The stable running speed of the automatic film maker can reach 120-140 pieces per minute, and the speed of the film can be adjusted at any time according to the requirements of the terminal equipment after the connection, so as to meet the stable operation of the whole production line.
The steady running speed of the automatic ear band welding machine is 80-120 pieces per minute, and the steady running speed is 80-100 pieces per minute after the automatic ear folding function is turned on. The automatic ear band welding machine can be used alone. After adding the automatic mask feeding device, the mask can be manually loaded to the feeder to complete the rapid production without affecting the production speed.
Mask packaging machine can realize single piece packaging or multi piece packaging, for example, 5 pieces, 10 pieces, 20 pieces of masks can be put in one packaging bag, with online function to realize the automatic production and packaging of the whole mask production line. It can also be used alone, and can adjust the packaging size to complete the packaging of different materials, such as gloves, towels and other materials.
