(3) The looseness of the screws on the top of the middle mold leads to the upward movement of the middle mold and the wear of the feeder: the upward movement of the middle mold is mainly caused by the loosening of the top screws of the middle mold, which can be solved by tightening the screws on the top of the middle mold. The top wire of the middle mold is a vulnerable part. Due to long-term wear and tear, the middle mold cannot be fastened and should be replaced in time. 2. Guide rail The guide rail is an important part to ensure that the punch moves along the curve. Most failures are caused by insufficient lubrication. Common fault analysis and solutions: (1) Guide rail wear: The punch moves in a curve on the guide rail and works normally in the form of sliding friction. Guide rail wear is one of the common maintenance faults. The guide rail is divided into an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail assembly. If the punch and guide rail are worn, the light punch can use oil stone to polish the guide rail to restore it to normal. If the wear is severe, only the rails can be replaced. (2) The guide rail assembly is loose: the guide rail assembly may become loose after continuous operation, it should be tightened in time, and attention should be paid to make the transition of the guide rail smooth. (3) The bridging plate of the lower guide rail is worn, causing the punch to wear the main body of the guide rail: the bridging plate of the lower guide rail protects the main body of the guide rail. If it is worn, it can be repaired with oil stone if it is light, and it can only be replaced if it is serious. 3. Pressure roller The pressure roller of the rotary tablet press can be divided into an upper roller and a lower roller. It is also a device that regulates the pressure of the tablet and adds protection. Common fault analysis and solutions: (1) Pressure roller wear: The outer ring of the pressure roller is severely worn, resulting in high resistance at the tail of the punch, and the pressure roller needs to be replaced. When the inner hole of the pressure roller and the pressure roller shaft are severely worn, it is also necessary to replace the pressure roller or the pressure roller shaft. In addition, the pressure shaft is sometimes broken and deformed, mainly due to excessive pressure. Most of these are caused by over-adjustment due to excessive material stress. At this time, it is necessary to replace the pressure shaft, adjust the material, and re-adjust the pressure. (2) The pressure shaft bearing is short of oil or damaged: regularly lubricate and maintain the pressure shaft bearing, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
