TDP tablet pressing mold is a tool used for manufacturing tablets. It usually consists of three parts: uprush, punching and intermediate die. Uprush is the lower punch. The middle die is usually made of steel or cemented carbide, and various logos can be customized to meet customer needs.

The main advantages of the TDP tablet mold include:

2. Repeatability: Due to impact, the gap between the punch and the center mold can be accurately controlled, and the TDP tablet pressing mold can produce tablets of the same size and weight.

However, there are also some drawbacks about TDP lamination molds,

1.High cost: The manufacturing cost of the TDP tablet mold is high, because of requiring customized manufacturing, the initial cost is relatively high.

2. Maintenance Required: The TDP tablet pressing mold needs regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.

3.Professional knowledge required: Using TDP tablet pressing molds requires a certain amount of technical knowledge and experience, otherwise it may cause tablet quality degradation or damage to the mold.
