Customized Passbox Display
This is a batch of customized passbox that will be sent to Chile. Before making the customized passbox, we will design drawings for the customer, and then start the production after repeated adjustment and confirmation with the customer.
The passbox is widely used in pharmaceutical companies and is an essential device for transferring items in clean areas. By connecting the clean area and the non-clean area, and the clean area and the clean area, the operation of transferring materials from the non-clean area to the clean area and the clean area to each other can be realized, which greatly avoids the pollution of the clean environment.
The passbox can be divided into a sterilized passbox and a self-cleaning passbox.
Disinfection passbox: built-in lighting and UV light, when transferring items, open one side of the window door, put in materials, close the window door, manually turn on the UV light, sterilize by UV irradiation for 30 minutes, and fill in the "passbox usage record" and "" "Ultraviolet lamp usage record" (the two records can be combined according to the actual situation), then manually turn off the ultraviolet lamp, and take out the materials in the passbox by opening the other side window.
Self-cleaning passbox: Compared with the disinfection passbox, laminar flow and timing functions are added, and it is divided into automatic mode and manual mode.
In manual mode, when transferring items, open one side window, put in the material, close the window, manually turn on the UV lamp and air shower, and then sterilize by UV irradiation (the sterilization time is subject to the verification result), and fill in the record. The mode needs to be manually timed, turn off the UV light, air shower, and open the window and door to take out the material.
In automatic mode: put in the material, close the window and door, at this time, the UV lamp and air shower are automatically turned on, and when the time is up, the UV lamp and air shower are automatically turned off, without manual timing.
