Debugging Plan for Air Conditioning Chilled & Cooling Water System

The main equipment of the engineering air conditioning chilled water system includes two chiller units, one air-cooled heat pump unit, six chilled water circulation pumps, automatic water replenishment and constant pressure exhaust devices, and AHU air conditioning units set in various functional areas.

Equipment before debugging

All equipment for the air conditioning chilled water and cooling water system has been installed, and the equipment brackets, frames, and shock absorbers have been inspected and confirmed. Meet the design requirements.

All pressure gauges, thermometers, and exhaust valves in the system have been set up and labeled correctly. Meet the design requirements.

The pipeline system has been pressure tested and cleaned (the chiller unit and AHU unit are not allowed to participate in the pipeline system pressure test and cleaning), the pipeline supports are set correctly and firmly, the pipeline color code and flow direction indication are correct, and the check valves and shut-off valves are flexible and set correctly. Meet the design requirements.

The water supply system and basement drainage system can work normally. After discovering the fault, the water in the system can be drained in a timely manner.

The electrical system wiring of each device is correct, the readings of electrical instruments are correct and stable, and the grounding system of the equipment is firm and reliable.

The wiring inspection of pressure and temperature sensors in the BA system has been completed, communication is normal, and all displays in the central control room are correct.

The water system of this air conditioner is debugged in the following order:

Cooling water system inspection (checking design omissions, engineering quality and hidden dangers, checking unfinished engineering quantities, assigning tasks, personnel, time, and measures for the problems found during the inspection, and completing the "three inspections and four determinations" within a specified time limit), system water injection and exhaust, single machine trial operation of cooling water pumps, trial operation of cooling tower fans, adjustment of cooling system water balance, and no-load water circulation of the cooling water system.

Inspection of the chilled water system, system check, system water injection and exhaust, single machine trial operation of the chilled water pump, and no-load water circulation of the chilled water system.

Joint trial operation of cooling water and chilled water systems.

Before the single machine trial operation of the water pump, the direction of the electric motor should match the direction of the pump; Each fastening connection should not be loose; The piping of the pump's ancillary system should be flushed clean, kept unobstructed, and safe; The protective device should be sensitive and reliable; The turning gear should be flexible and normal.

Before starting the water pump, fully open the inlet valve, fully close the outlet valve, and fully open all other valves.

The trial operation of the pump should be carried out after the trial operation of each independent auxiliary system is normal.

The start and stop of the pump must meet the design requirements, and the pump should operate continuously for no less than 2 hours under the design load. Check and record the current, voltage, temperature and other data of the electric motor, and check and record the inlet and outlet pressure of the pump.

Slowly open the pump outlet valve after starting the pump until the rated current of the motor is reached. Observe and record the voltage, current, and motor temperature of each pump.

Cooling tower debugging and water balance of cooling system

Jog the cooling tower fan to confirm if the fan direction is correct.

Start the cooling tower fan and run it continuously for two hours. Check and record the voltage, current, motor temperature, and other data of the fan.

Open the valve of the cooling tower water supply pipe and inject water into the system. When the water level reaches the design water level in the cooling tower water tank, start a single cooling water circulation pump and pay attention to the water flow situation in the cooling tower return pipe collection outlet. If the water volume is not enough, stop the water pump in a timely manner.

The water level of the cooling tower reaches the set position (the float valve automatically closes), and at the same time, two water pumps are turned on. Check the liquid level changes in the cooling tower. Until the liquid level stabilizes.

Check if the cooling water dispenser distributes water evenly. Is water floating outside the filling material. Adjust the outlet valve of the water pump to achieve the optimal circulating water flow rate.

Debugging of chilled water circulation pump

System water injection: Open all valves of the chilled water system (except for the discharge valve), set the pressure range of the constant pressure water replenishment and exhaust device, start the water replenishment pump and constant pressure water replenishment and exhaust device to replenish water to the system. Check whether the pipeline is normal and whether each exhaust valve is working properly by extending the pipeline diameter. Check the pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the AHU on the roof. When the pressure at the inlet and outlet of each AHU reaches the working pressure, turn off the water replenishment pump and continue the operation of the constant pressure water replenishment exhaust device.

Check the inlet and outlet pressure of the chilled water circulation pump, start the circulation pump until all pressure gauges in the system are normal and stable.

Check whether each exhaust valve is working properly.

Preparation for start-up of chiller and air-cooled heat pump units

The equipment installation is complete, the pipeline connection is correct, and the pressure gauge, thermometer, etc. are installed correctly.

Refrigerant filling completed.

The electrical system is installed correctly. The standalone debugging of the chilled water system and cooling water system has been completed.

The air duct systems of each AHU unit have been completed and meet the testing conditions. The temperature sensors have been debugged and the BA system can work normally.

Start the cooling water circulation pump and activate the cooling tower. Check the current, voltage, temperature, liquid, and inlet/outlet pressure of each equipment in the cooling water system.

Start the chilled water circulation pump and check the current, voltage, temperature, liquid, and inlet/outlet pressure of each equipment in the chilled water system.

Start the chiller unit and air-cooled heat pump unit, check the current, voltage, temperature, liquid, and inlet/outlet pressure of each unit.

According to the load requirements of the chiller unit and air-cooled heat pump unit, start some AHU units to allow the chiller unit to operate with load.

Check the inlet and outlet temperatures of the cooling circulating water, adjust the outlet valve of the cooling circulating water pump to achieve the required cooling water temperature for the chiller unit.

Turn on all AHU units to ensure that the chiller and air-cooled heat pump units operate at full load.

Check the current, voltage, temperature, liquid, inlet and outlet pressure, temperature, etc. of each system and equipment until they meet the design requirements.

The system operates continuously for 24 hours.
