Diverse Types of Pass Box for Clean Environments

Disinfection pass box:
Equipped with internal lighting and ultraviolet lamp. Fill in the "pass box Use Record" and "Ultraviolet Lamp Use Record" (the two records can be merged according to the actual situation). Then manually turn off the ultraviolet lamp, and take out the materials in the stainless steel pass box by opening the window door on the other side. The operation of the disinfection pass box is relatively simple and direct, but its disinfection process requires manual strict implementation according to steps to ensure the reliability of the sterilization effect. In some places with high requirements for operational standardization, staff will receive special training to accurately master the use method of the disinfection pass box to avoid affecting the environmental quality of the clean area due to operational errors.
Self-cleaning pass box:
Compared with the disinfection pass box, it has added laminar flow and timing functions, and is divided into automatic mode and manual mode.
In manual mode: When transferring items, open one side of the window door, put in the materials, close the window door, manually turn on the ultraviolet lamp and air shower. At this time, sterilize by ultraviolet irradiation (the sterilization time is subject to the verification result), and fill in the record. This mode requires manual timing. Turn off the ultraviolet lamp, air shower, and open the window door to take out the materials. Although the manual mode requires certain manual intervention, it also provides users with more flexibility and can perform personalized operation settings according to different material characteristics and cleanliness requirements.
In automatic mode: Put in the materials and close the window door. At this time, the ultraviolet lamp and air shower will be automatically turned on. After the time is up, the ultraviolet lamp and air shower will be automatically turned off without manual timing. The automatic mode greatly improves work efficiency and reduces the uncertainty of manual operation, especially suitable for high-frequency material transfer scenarios.
In addition, different types of pass box will also vary in terms of material, size, sealing performance, etc. to meet the special needs of different clean areas. For example, in some environments with high requirements for corrosion resistance, pass box made of special stainless steel materials will be used; for places with limited space, a compactly designed pass box can be selected.
