4. If the tablet press is found to be abnormal or unusually strange, it should be parked immediately.

5. The medium voltage should not be too large. Generally, it is measured by the motor load. When the tablet press uses a 380-volt motor, it is normal that the heavy-load current is not greater than 4 amperes.

6. Add the weight difference of the tablet. In the process of adding the film, the weight difference cannot exceed the limit specified in the Pharmacopoeia, and it is qualified. However, during tablet compression, variations in tablet weight are often found. The reasons and solutions are as follows:

(1), the length of the punch of the tablet press is not uniform, and it is easy to cause a difference in the weight of the film, so use each caliper to check whether it is qualified before use. If there is an individual reduction, it may be the failure of the lower punch, resulting in other less particles Filling, you should check individual undershoots and remove obstructions. (2) If the hopper of the hopper is not correct, the granules in one hopper can form and fall faster, and more granules accumulate on the feeder, and the granules in the other hopper are slower, and the feeder is in the on the feeder. The accumulated particles are small, and the particles are unbalanced when participating in the die hole. The position of the hopper can be adjusted so that the particles in the two hoppers maintain a certain amount, the falling speed is flat, the particles accumulated on the two feeders are similar, and the particles can evenly participate in the mold hole.

(3), granules cause changes in tablet weight, too wet granules, too much fine powder, too large difference in granule thickness, lack of lubricant in granules can also cause changes in tablet weight differences, and the quality of granules should be improved.

(4) The cause of the change in film weight. Generally, it is caused by the failure of the tablet press or the negligence of the operation. Therefore, during the tableting process, the maintenance work of the tableting machine should be completed, and the damage of the machine parts should be checked in detail. Weigh the film every certain time (10-20 minutes), and the weight of the film meets the requirements.
