Electronic Interlock

Electronic interlock is when the two sides of the clean room doors lock each other, one door opens and the other door locks and can't open.

Interlocking electrical control: such as "on" and "off" in the air shower room of clean room equipment, that is, when pressing one of the buttons, the other button must automatically disconnect the circuit, which can effectively prevent mechanical failure or personal injury accidents caused by the power of the two buttons at the same time. In the air shower and transfer window, the interlock device is to prevent people or things transferred in the unclean area from polluting the clean area with pollutants.
