On the contrary, when the emulsification operation is completed, the paste is immediately cooled rapidly, so that the small particles are frozen, so that the small particles collide and merge. The effect is weakened, but because the cooling speed is too fast, the high melting point wax will crystallize and precipitate, resulting in the destruction of the emulsion and the appearance of coarse particles in the product.
