1. Before starting work, sterilize the clean workbench, press the power switch 30 minutes in advance, design and control according to the required production parameters, turn on the switch of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and treat the bacteria and microorganism lamps in the workbench. After leaving the clean workbench, turn on the ultraviolet sterilization lamp in the buffer area. Shut down the instrument after killing bacteria. Wait for about 30 minutes to convert ozone into oxygen, so as to avoid affecting the health of the staff. After turning on the lighting system and starting the fan, you can use the clean workbench.

2. After using the clean worktable, the staff should also take cleaning measures, wipe the clean worktable with 75% alcohol, and turn off the blower. Turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp for 15 seconds, kill the bacteria in the workbench, and finally turn off the power switch.

3. The tools and instruments needed in the work shall be put into the clean workbench.

4. Workers produce a lot of bacteria and particles. Therefore, staff need to wear disposable masks, hats and medical latex gloves.

5. The sliding door of the clean workbench can be properly opened for operation, but the aseptic operation procedures should be followed.

6. After cleaning, records shall be made. Ensure the cleanliness of the workbench, and there is no dead space without cleaning.
