Galvanized Air Duct
Galvanized air ducts are mainly used in industrial and construction projects. The application fields mainly involve: electronic industry dust-free workshop purification system, medical and food sterile workshop purification system, etc.
The installation of the air duct of the purification air-conditioning system should be carried out when the ground construction of the installation part is completed and there are dustproof measures in the room. After the installation of the air duct system, the system tightness test should be carried out, and the air duct insulation and other procedures can be carried out after the acceptance is passed. The hoisting and support of the air duct system should be firmly connected with the enclosure structure. When fixing with expansion bolts, it should comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical documents. The support and hanger should be treated with anti-corrosion.
installation requirements
1. Wipe clean before installation, without grease and floating dust;
2. When the construction is stopped or completed, the air duct should be blocked;
3. The flange gasket should be made of materials that do not produce dust, age, airtight and elastic; the thickness of the gasket should be 5-8mm;
4. The flange gasket shall not be butted with the direct head. Paint on the gasket is strictly prohibited. Sealant may be used on seams;
5. When the air duct passes through the ceiling and partition of the clean room (area), reliable sealing measures should be taken;
6. Other pipes shall not pass through the air duct.
