Pass Thru System
The stainless steel clean room pass box adopts the SUS304 stainless steel as the material for interior and extetior product body and the two doors. Our pass boxes deliver low noise and easy to use operation, rugged construction promises long service life. It is widely used in the clean environment, such as micro-electronic, laboratory, national defense, precise instrument, bio-pharmaceuticals, photo-eletric, aseptic packaging field and so on.It is mainly applied to the goods transfer between two classfied zones, preventing the cross contaminaiton due to air circulation. The possibility of contaminating the cleanroom can be minimized & the cleanliness of the cleanroom can be maintained. Mechanical or electronic interlocked doors, making sure the two doors cannot be open at the same time, which in order to prevent cross-ventilation. The product has been extensively applied in many industries because it can replace human to finish the repeated, tedious, or even dangerous tasks. It is able to achieve optimal production or increase productivity by reasonably allocating the resources of workers and equipment.
The dynamic pass box is equipped with a fan and a filter. The fan pumps the air into the pass box, and the filter blows the clean air into the pass box. The polluted air in the pass box will be squeezed to the outlet to achieve clean air circulation.
The dynamic pass box is also equipped with a differential pressure gauge. To ensure that the air in the pass box can flow from the high cleanliness area to the low cleanliness area, so that the cleanliness of the pass box is not interfered by polluted air.
