How To Operate The Air Shower

The air shower is indispensable equipment for ensuring clean room. Before entering the clean room, bacteria and dust on personnel or goods are removed through the air shower to ensure that the clean room is not contaminated.

The air shower is mainly divided into personnel air shower room, cargo air shower room, and air shower channel. The start, run, stop, air shower time, and lighting time of the machine are usually automatic. You can adjust the settings through the control panel. Next, we will introduce how to use the panel buttons.

1. Button Description:

E-Stop: At any stage of machine operation, when you press the emergency stop button, the red emergency stop indicator light will turn on, and all functions of the machine will stop. Press the emergency stop button again, and the machine will return to its initial power on state. The function of this button is to stop the machine with one click when it fails and cannot be used normally.

Air shower: Press the manual Air shower button while both the inner door and outer door are closed, and the machine will start air shower. The function of this button is to be used when the sensing system fails and cannot automatically turn on the air shower.

Light: This button can be used to turn on/off lighting with one click.

Up and down adjustment keys: These two buttons can be used to adjust the air shower time. The internal parameters of the system also need to be adjusted through these two buttons.

2. Indicator light description：

Air shower Timer light: During the operation of the air shower, it is used to display the air shower time and remaining air shower time. When the air shower is suspended, it is used to display the parameter setting value.

Entrance door open light: When this light is on, it indicates that the outer door is open or not closed properly.

Exit door open light: When this light is on, it indicates that the inner door is open or not closed properly.

Sensor light: When the machine sensing system is normal and personnel enter the air shower room, this light will turn on.

Air shower light: When this light is on, the machine enters the air shower state

E-stop light: When the E-stop button is pressed, this will turn on and the machine is in a paused state.

Light: When personnel enter the air shower room, the induction light will automatically turn on, or when the lighting is manually turned on, this light will turn on.
