The clean room air conditioning purification system is the primary factor that determines the cleanliness of the clean room. The function of the air conditioning purification system is to transport clean air to the clean room through the air supply system, dilute the air containing bacteria and dust in the clean room and enter the return air system, then mix it with the treated fresh air and transport it into the clean room again. The air purification system is a cyclic process that controls the cleanliness level within the required range. Improving the automation and self-purification of equipment is also an effective way to prevent cross contamination.
