The rod does not need to be installed with a guide key, and the lower punching hole does not need to be milled with a keyway. In this way, the tablet press can press various special-shaped tablets. When the end faces of the upper and lower punches are engraved with words, numbers or letters, the indentations on the front and back of the pressed tablets will not be misaligned. Therefore, it is suitable for double-sided lettering sheets. (2) The upper rail guide of the tablet press adopts a cosine curve guide rail, so that the acceleration of the up and down movement of the punch is zero, which avoids the noise generated by the uneven force of the punch during the movement, and even breaks due to excessive impact. Both the main rotary parts and the pressure wheel mechanism adopt rolling friction, which not only reduces noise and parts wear, but also reduces power loss. (3) Transparent plexiglass door covers are installed around the tablet pressing studio to achieve a semi-closed state.
