Installation of the whole machine: The whole machine can be hoisted by stringing it into the top with a wire rope, or it can be transported by a forklift. The whole machine should be leveled before it is put in place. 2. Installation of power cord: The cable specification is compatible with the motor power, voltage and current. The cable is connected with a flexible cable through the main switch through the wire tube or the socket plug; the cable enters the electrical box through the outgoing coil behind the machine base. The steering of the motor should be consistent with the indication plate. Before checking the steering, the V-belt should be removed, and after checking, install the V-belt, and then confirm the correctness of the steering by clicking the button. 3. First cut off the power supply on the machine, remove the hopper 44, the feeder 57 and the middle mold platen 19, wipe the die holes of the middle mold platen, the upper and lower punch holes and the die, and then proceed according to the following steps. (4) Install the middle mold platen on the fuselage, put it into the lower punch, turn the large pulley 32, so that the upper punch enters the middle mold hole, the gap should be uniform, flexible up and down, no interference and hard friction, and then fasten The fixed bolts (5) of the formwork plate and the fuselage are loaded with the removed parts such as the feeder. 4. Adjustment of filling depth. Loosen the set screws on both sides of the filling adjustment nut. The filling depth can be increased by placing the nut down. After adjustment, the fastening screws must be tightened. Note that the filling depth should not exceed 45mm. 5. Adjustment of tablet thickness The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric housing 05 connected to the upper punch is equipped with a scale, and its value indicates the depth of the upper punch entering the middle mold. To adjust, first loosen the fastening bolts on the eccentric housing 05, and then drive the eccentric sleeve 35 through the bevel gear to adjust the sheet thickness. After adjustment, the bolts and nuts must be tightened to prevent loosening. 6. Adjust the sheet output by turning the pulley (clockwise) to raise the lower punch to a higher position, loosen the screws on both sides of the sheet output adjustment nut, and rotate the sheet output adjustment nut to make the upper end of the lower punch flush with the end face of the middle die. After adjustment, tighten the screws on both sides. 7. When the feeder adjusts the rotating pulley to make the upper end surface of the lower punch rise to a higher level (flat with the middle die), adjust the active joint (the nut should be loosened before adjustment), so that the front end of the feeder is close to the edge of the outer diameter of the lower punch. nut, and then turn the pulley (it must be clockwise) to make the feeder move forward and backward several times and still meet the requirements. 8. The position adjustment of the lower punch lever directly affects the stability of the filling amount. Turn the pulley to lower the lower punch to a lower position, that is, the filling adjustment nut is close to the body, adjust the upper and lower nuts, make the half-round head of the lower punch lever close to the upper end surface of the filling adjustment nut, and tighten the upper and lower nuts.
