This section is applicable to air shower room, airlock room, transfer window, residual pressure valve, laminar flow hood, clean workbench, clean oven, air self purifier, fresh air purification unit, purification air conditioner, biological safety cabinet and other equipment. For equipment not included in this section or with special requirements, the technical requirements for installation, construction and acceptance shall be implemented in accordance with the technical documents of the equipment (such as instructions, assembly drawings, technical requirements, etc.).
The installation, construction and acceptance of the centralized vacuum cleaner and its system shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for construction and acceptance of ventilation and air conditioning engineering (gbj243).
The equipment shall be loaded and placed according to the direction of the outer packaging mark at the time of delivery, and severe vibration and collision shall be prevented during transportation. For the equipment with soft connection between the fan base and the box, the base shall be erected and fixed during handling, and put down after being in place.
Before the equipment is transported to the site and unpacked, it shall be stored in a clean room, and attention shall be paid to moisture prevention. When the site does not have indoor storage conditions for a while, it is allowed to store outdoors for a short time, but rain proof and moisture-proof measures shall be taken.
The equipment shall be provided with a certificate of conformity. The unpacking shall be carried out in a clean environment. After unpacking, the dust and oil dirt on the internal and external surfaces of the equipment shall be wiped off. The equipment shall be installed immediately after it passes the unpacking inspection.
The equipment shall be inspected according to the packing list and shall meet the following requirements:
1、The equipment shall be free of missing parts, and the surface shall be free of damage, corrosion, etc;
2、All internal parts are firmly connected.
The equipment installation shall be carried out after the interior decoration of the building and the construction and installation of the purified air conditioning system are completed, and the equipment shall be completely cleaned and wiped. However, when the equipment connected to the enclosure structure of the clean room (such as fresh air purification unit, residual pressure valve, transfer window, air shower room, air lock room, etc.) or its exhaust and drainage (such as exhaust clean workbench, biosafety cabinet, clean workbench and floor drain of purification air conditioner, etc.) pipes must be constructed and installed at the same time with the enclosure structure, sealing measures shall be taken for the joints connected with the enclosure structure to ensure tightness and cleanness; The air (water) supply, return and exhaust outlets of the equipment or its pipelines shall be closed temporarily. After the installation of each equipment and before the clean room is put into operation, the air supply, return and exhaust outlets of the equipment shall be closed.
