1. The lubrication of the friction surfaces of all moving parts is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life. Therefore, before the tablet press is used, all oil cups, oil holes and friction surfaces must be lubricated, and the air is running, so that each friction surface is covered with an oil film before use. 2. Before each work, check whether the screws of the tablet press are loose. During work, be sure to check the machine. If it is loose, please tighten it immediately to avoid malfunction. 2. The engraving and punching character design is unreasonable. Replace the hole punch or change the character design accordingly.
3. The water content of the granules is too much or the granules are not dry and moist, resulting in adhesion. Solution: Control the moisture content of granules within the range of 2%~3%, and strengthen the inspection of dry food.
4. The amount of lubricant used is insufficient or improperly selected, and there are too many fine powders. Appropriately increase the amount of lubricant or replace with new lubricant to remove excess fine powder.
5. The fineness of the original excipients varies greatly, resulting in uneven mixing or inappropriate mixing time. Solution: crush and sieve the raw and auxiliary materials to make the fineness meet the variety requirements. At the same time, master and control the mixing time of the tablet press.
