Jiuding Tiecha Mountain
On July 22, 2022, We Suzhou Pharma Machinery Co., Ltd., organized a staff group to build and came to Jiuding tiecha mountain in Benxi.
Tiecha mountain is the birthplace of Taoism in Northeast China. The mountains are densely forested and towering with ancient trees. Many cliff stone carvings, peak rock caves and other landscapes all reveal a strong and long historical and cultural color.
The historical legend of tiecha mountain is quite old. It is said that Li Daxian, a long Mei in the Shang and Zhou dynasties, opened a mountain here to preach and became an immortal. In the 45th episode of the Ming Dynasty novel "the romance of gods", the fixed wind bead of the big broken wind roar array in "burning a lamp to discuss breaking the ten Jue array" was borrowed from the "eight treasure cloud light hole" of the mountain, so it has the reputation of "three thousand years of iron Temple".
Tiecha mountain is the ancestral hall of Taoism in the northeast. Since the eighth generation founder of the Dragon sect of Taoism, guoshouzhen, received disciples to preach on this mountain, Taoism in the Northeast began to flourish. Tiecha mountain Taoism has been handed down to 25 generations, with a history of nearly 400 years. Tiecha mountain has a long history of thousands of years, rich cultural landscapes, strong Taoist culture and natural landscapes such as forests, peak rocks and meteorology, which make tiecha mountain a rare landscape resource area.
Tiecha mountain is divided into east gate and west gate. Here is the journey of worshiping Buddha from the west gate.
The day we came to tiecha mountain in Benxi is also the birthday of black mother, who is the general Dharma protector of Taoism in Northeast China. Northeast local gods, in the Taoist temples of the three northeastern provinces, are generally provided with statues of black mother. According to legend, the black old lady was cultivated into an immortal in the roll Shu mountain of dayuntai.
Every year, on June 24 of the lunar calendar, during the Christmas period of black mother, believers will bring fruits and flowers to offer sacrifices, incense and light longevity lanterns for black mother, in order to pray for black mother to protect the health of the whole family and have a happy life!
