Working process of tablet press:
1. The punch part of the down punch (its working position is upward) extends into the middle die hole from the lower end of the middle die hole, and seals the bottom of the middle die hole;
2. Use feeder to fill medicine into the middle mold hole;
3. The punch part of the upper punch (its working position is downward) falls into the middle die hole from the upper end of the middle die hole, and goes down a certain distance to press the powder into pieces;
4. Punch up the lifting hole. Push the tablet out of the middle mold hole by downward punching and upward rising, and complete the process of one-time tablet pressing;
5. Lower the punch to the original position and prepare for the next filling.
