1. Regularly inspect the machine parts, 1-2 times a month, and check whether the worm gear, worm, bearing, press, crankshaft, upper and lower rail guide and other moving parts rotate flexibly and wear. If any defect is found, repair and use it in time.

2. After one use or when the machine is stopped, the remaining powder shall be taken out and the remaining powder of each part of the machine shall be brushed. If the machine is not used for a long time, the die must be completely removed and the machine must be wiped clean. The smooth surface of the machine parts shall be coated with antirust oil and covered with a cloth canopy.

3. The maintenance of the die shall be placed in a covered iron sheet box, so that the full punch of the die can be immersed in oil, and the die shall be kept clean, so as not to rust and bruise. It is better to customize the iron box to be packed into a box with each specification, so as to avoid incorrect installation during use and help master the damage.

4. The place of use should be cleaned frequently, especially for the manufacture of medical and edible tablets.

1. The machine is packed in a whole set. After unpacking, it is moved to a proper place for use. After leveling, it can be used. If the position is fixed, anchor nails can be added.

2. Pay attention to the voltage of the electrical circuit device. If the user does not propose it, it should be 380 volts. When wiring, pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor, which must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the machine. Do not reverse it. In order to ensure electrical safety, an effective ground wire must be installed.
