The workshop is not allowed to accumulate excess materials; all materials entering the operation room are generally in the designated area. Take off the outer packaging, and then enter the operation room. For special materials that cannot be removed from the outer packaging, the operator should clean the dust with a cleaning rag, and then enter the operation room to avoid bringing dust into the workshop. The production area should be moved out according to the material channel. When the material enters the Class B clean area, the operator checks the product name, batch number, quantity, and the condition of the outer packaging in the general production area, then removes the outer packaging, returns the outer packaging, and cleans the studio; the materials entering the clean area use 75% Disinfect the outer wall of the outer packaging container with ethanol solution, put it into the transfer window of the buffer corridor, turn on the ultraviolet light for 30 minutes to disinfect, take out the material from the transfer window in the sterile corridor, and then wipe the outer wall of the material with an ultra-fine cloth moistened with 75% ethanol. The material enters the C-level clean area. The operator removes the outer packaging box of the material in the designated area, removes the dust and dirt outside the material packaging, wipes the outer packaging with a damp clean cloth, and wipes the outer wall of the material with 75% ethanol solution. Put it into the transfer window, turn on the ultraviolet light for 30 minutes, and the operator opens the transfer window to take out the material and put it in the designated place in the studio. When the material enters the Class D clean area, the operator usually takes off the outer packaging of the material at the designated location in the production area, wipes the surface of the material with a cleaning cloth, and transfers it to the studio.
