Structural characteristics of rotary tablet press.
1. The upper part of the machine is a flat plate structure: its composition is mainly composed of three parts: upper punch, middle die and lower punch. The surrounding 19 punches are evenly arranged on the edge of the turntable, as well as the tails of the upper punch and the lower punch. Embedded in a fixed curved guide rail, when the rotary disc rotates, the up and down pulses are lifted and moved together with the curved guide rail to achieve the purpose of pressing.
2. The rotary tablet press only needs to fill, press and release. The short, three-step process of continuous filling and tableting features an adjustment control with a dial for easy operation.
3. This machine adopts the flow grid feeding mechanism to make the material evenly fill the die hole and reduce the weight difference of the wafer.
4. The motor is installed on the base of the machine, and the worm drive turntable is driven by a V-belt and a continuously variable pulley on the motor shaft. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily through the movement of the motor, and the use is safe and reliable without noise.
5. A powder suction box is installed on the side of the machine base, equipped with a blower, a powder storage room and a filter powder room. When the machine is running at high speed, the powder suction nozzle removes the powder generated by flying powder and the falling off of the intermediate mold, so that the glue will not be blocked. Keep running smoothly.

A considerable proportion of failures in rotary tablet presses during service are due to unsatisfactory maintenance. The following aspects should be paid attention to during maintenance.
Clean the film-forming chamber in time: After several hours of continuous operation, the rotary tablet press will be filled with fine powder in the tablet-pressing chamber. These fine powders adhere to punches, punch holes and intermediate die holes, which will cause blockage. The punch is not flexible, noisy, and even the weight of the sheet is unstable, and other mechanical failures, such as a broken punch, destroy the feeder. Therefore, during the working process of the rotary tablet press, it is recommended to clean the test chamber regularly at least once per shift.
Frequent inspection and maintenance of wearable parts: guide rails, pressure rollers, tablet presses and other wearable parts, timely inspection or lubrication maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Purchasing spare parts: parts such as punching die, middle die jacking wire, bridge deck, feeder, guide rail assembly, upper and lower pressure rollers and shafts should be purchased according to the production conditions for emergency use.
Precautions for using a rotary tablet press.
1. When in use, do not remove the protective cover, safety cover, etc. on the machine.
2. The mold must pass strict flaw detection test and shape inspection, no crack, deformation, missing edge hardness and accurate size. If it is not qualified, do not use it to avoid serious damage to the machine.
3. The particle powder should not exceed 100 mesh, because it will cause the overshoot powder to leak more substances, which will affect the parts, which are easy to wear, stick and lose raw materials.
4. Do not use non-dry raw materials as this will cause the powder to stick to the punched surface.
5. If there is a jump or stagnation during operation, please do not hold it by hand to avoid injury.
