The single-punch tablet press is driven by a motor and can continuously press various tablets. Precautions: When using a single-punch tablet press, the following points need to be paid attention to:

1. The single-punch tablet press can only run in a certain direction (see the arrow on the protective cover), and cannot be reversed to avoid damage to the machine. Special care should be taken when adjusting the tablet, not negligence.

2. During the electric pressing process, the 'handle' on the 'big hand wheel' must be lowered to avoid injury during operation.

3. Regardless of manual pressing or electric pressing, the upper punch should be in the upward position before starting. If the overshoot position is lowered when the machine starts, it will enter the middle template immediately after starting. At this time, since the speed of the machine has not increased, it is easy to generate inertia. (That is to say, due to the resistance of the tablet, the upper punch enters the middle die and 'upper dies', causing the machine to stop. Due to the large load on the top of the car, the machine parts are often damaged or the motor is burned).

4. Belt tension adjustment: Adjust through two adjustment nuts on the electromechanical base plate. Please pay attention to lock after adjustment.

5. In the absence of power, the tablet press can also be used manually, and the triangular belt should be removed to reduce resistance and wear. But do not remove the 'big pulley' because the 'big pulley' also acts as a labor-saving flywheel.

6. How to deal with after loading

(1) When the jacking phenomenon occurs during the tablet pressing process of the tablet press, the power should be turned off immediately to avoid burning the motor.

(2) When the car is seriously jacked up, the connecting rod nut must be loosened, and the lower part of the upper punch must be rotated counterclockwise with a wrench to raise it to reduce the pressure, and then turn the large hand wheel to eject the tablet. Then readjust the tablet hardness.

7. In the tableting process of the single-punch tablet machine, the quality of the tablet (tablet weight, hardness, surface finish, etc.) must be checked frequently and adjusted in time.

8. In the use of a single-punch tablet press, if you find that the pressure has been adjusted to a considerable level, you still cannot press it into a tablet, or although it is pressed into a tablet, it seems too loose and layered, Chipping, pitting and powdering etc., you should find out the cause from the ingredients and fix it. Do not adjust and increase the pressure blindly to avoid damage to the machine.

9. Although the hardness of some tablets is not high, they have a certain degree of toughness, and the impact resistance is not bad (usually it will not break when dropped on the ground from a height of 1-1.2 meters), so it should meet the operation and storage requirements. Pay attention not only to hardness, so as not to put too much pressure on the single-punch tablet press and damage the machine.
