Negative pressure weighing booth is a kind of local purification equipment specially used for pharmaceutical, microbial research and scientific experiments. The vertical unidirectional flow is continuously circulated in the main working area, and part of it is discharged to the nearby area, so that the working area generates negative pressure and prevents Cross-contamination, used to ensure a high cleanliness environment in the work area.
Weighing and packaging of powder and reagents in the equipment can control the spillage and rise, prevent the inhalation hazards of powder and reagents to the human body, and also avoid cross-contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the safety of the external environment and indoor personnel.
The air in the weighing booth passes through the primary filter and the medium effect filter, and is pressed into the static pressure box by the centrifugal fan area, so as to form a high clean working environment. The operating area of the central weighing hood is maintained in a negative pressure state and 10% of the circulating air is discharged. The air in the central weighing booth is self-circulated through a three-stage filtration system (high-efficiency filter removes 99.99% of the particles ≥ 0.3um and all dust above 0.3um), and the design meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical factory GMP.
The negative pressure weighing booth adopts a modular design, which is easy to assemble and disassemble on site. It is composed of primary effect filter + medium effect filter + fan box + high efficiency filter + flow-equalizing membrane.
