PVC curtain and PVC sheet clean room tent
The clean grade from ISO5 to ISO8, used for tablet and capsule production, cosmetic bottle filling, oil extraction, etc.
The whole room have gowning area, air lock, dispensing and sampling room, blister packing room, finish product area.
The project adopt PVC sheet as wall and roof, PVC curtain as entrance door, ceiling with LED light and FFU units.
Clean room height is 9 feet, the size can be customize according actual condition. Generally from 2.15- 2 8 meter.
The support frame can be aluminum alloy profile, stainless steel tube and paint steel.
Before material send out we will pre set up, the frame will be assembled and do electric test.
Customer can install it easily by our instruction step and manual.
