In the air-conditioning system of purification engineering, the air-conditioning equipment is generally undertaken by air-cooled or water-cooled air-conditioning cabinets. If it is inconvenient to build a cooling water tower, choose a split air-cooled type instead of an integral water-cooled type. There are two types of air-cooled types. One is that the compressor is indoors, and the outdoor unit is an air-cooled condenser. The heat exchange coil and fan, compressor and air-cooled condenser are all located outdoors. This split type has the characteristics of quiet operation; a model with a certain residual pressure outside the machine should be selected. If the residual pressure is not enough, a relay fan should be added. The combined air-conditioning unit itself does not have a compressor, and the refrigerant is supplied by the refrigeration system. The air treatment box is also set in the negative pressure section; the air conditioning box under negative pressure can be used as a return air mixing box, which is convenient for primary or secondary air return and makes the system more compact. When the wind is blowing, the air handling box can be arranged in the outlet section of the fan. Different functional sections can be selected according to needs. When choosing a combined air conditioner, it should be noted that it is suitable for large-scale systems; the machine room must be long enough, and the length of the unit can reach several meters to more than ten meters; another refrigeration system must be supplied to supply refrigerant. In order to facilitate management and ensure the normal operation of the purification air conditioning system, except for special circumstances, it is generally advisable to first consider the use of centralized air treatment. On the issue of reasonable system division, the system can be divided according to factors such as indoor parameters, use time, DC type and non-DC type, etc. It should be emphasized that the system should be fully considered according to the cleanliness level and capacity.
