Shipment to European Cleaneroom

Today is May 30th, 2023, and we have still shipped three 40 high container containers of goods to Europe. How are containers arranged to board the ship?? How did the customer receive the goods?

1. After the factory completes the production packaging, the shipping personnel and the freight agent sign the export goods consignment note. Afterwards, the freight forwarder communicated with the shipping company to reserve container space.

2. After the booking of the cabin is completed, the freight forwarder arranges for container trailers to pick up empty containers at the container warehouse and transport them to the factory for loading according to the specified time.

3. The factory needs to prepare some necessary documents, such as Customs declaration, invoice, packing list, etc.

4. The freight forwarder will transport the loaded containers to the port and handle export customs declaration, declaration of load capacity, and pre declaration procedures.

5. Once the above is completed and the ship arrives at the port, the dock will load all containers on the same route onto the ship. The ship will leave the port within the specified time.

6. The ship will pass through multiple transit ports at sea and unload containers arriving at the port.

7. One week before the container arrives at the destination port, the consignee will be notified to prepare customs clearance documents and pay related fees.

8. After the consignee completes customs clearance, they will consign the container to their own factory for unloading.

9. After completion, return the container to the local port.
