Stainless Steel 316 Extraction Kettle Unit
In order to meet the new requirements of customers in the field of supercritical CO2 extraction, we have specially produced this set of stainless steel 316 extraction kettle unit for CBD pharmaceutical factory.
Its design extraction pressure is 60 MPa. All the parts of the extraction kettle contacting the materials are made of medical grade stainless steel 316. After special forging treatment, it can ensure that when the equipment is produced under high temperature and high pressure, there are no metal impurities in the parts contacting the equipment with the materials into the extract, so as to ensure the medical safety and reliability of the extract.
Because the volume of each barrel is 25L, it will be very heavy when filled with materials. We are equipped with electric barrel elevator and electric quick opening and closing plug cover mechanism, which reduces the work intensity of workers and ensures the safety of production.
On the original ASME Pressure Vessel certification drawing design of the customer, we have carried out some optimization design to make the manufacturing and use of extraction equipment more reasonable and convenient.
It can be seen that we can not only produce a complete set of supercritical extraction equipment, but also manufacture supercritical extraction supporting equipment accessories according to customers' actual requirements, so as to meet customers' needs of cost saving and local assembly.
