1. Upper pressing wheel frame device
The upper cover is an integral casting, and a pressure wheel is installed in the groove. It is sleeved on the crankshaft. The external end of the shaft is equipped with a mechanical rod to connect the spiral spring. When the pressure on the surface of the pressure wheel is too large, the eccentric moment of the crankshaft will act to compress the spring, increase the distance between the upper and lower pressure wheels, and reduce the pressure, so as to protect the safe use of the parts and the die, adjust the pressure, and rotate the flower shaped handle to change the length of the spring, so that the pressure of the spring is just enough.
2. Upper track device
The guide plate is a disc shape, with heat treated guide plates embedded around it. It is fastened with screws. The groove at the up punching tail runs along the convex edge of the guide plate, making a tracked lifting movement.
3. 19 hole rotary table device
The turntable is an integral casting with 19 vertically and evenly arranged die holes around it. 19 sets of dies are installed in the holes, which are integrally sleeved on the fixed vertical shaft. During operation, it is driven by a worm. The integral turntable holds all the dies for clockwise rotation.
4. Transmission shaft with clutch device
The transmission shaft is horizontally installed in the bearing bracket, with a worm in the middle, a test handwheel at the front end, and a conical disc clutch at the rear end. There is a handle to control the switch and stop. The contact of the clutch is transmitted by the pressure of the spiral spring. If the load of the machine exceeds the pressure of the spring, it will slip, so that the machine will not be seriously damaged.
