Clean air conditioning is a type of air conditioning engineering that not only has certain requirements for indoor air temperature, humidity, and wind speed, but also has high requirements for the number of dust particles and bacterial concentration in the air. Therefore, the corresponding technology is called "air purification technology". A well sealed space that controls parameters such as air temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pressure, and noise as needed is called a "clean room". The most commonly used method to maintain the required temperature, humidity, wind speed, pressure, and cleanliness parameters in a clean room is to continuously supply a certain amount of treated air into the room to eliminate various thermal and humidity interferences as well as dust pollution. In order to provide a certain state of air to the clean room, a complete set of equipment is needed to process the air, continuously deliver it into the room, and continuously discharge a portion from the room. This complete set of equipment constitutes the clean air conditioning system.
The second batch of air conditioners for the Thai planting room has started to be installed, and the installation progress of the air ducts is relatively fast. The AHU has also been basically installed. The installation of the remaining cold and hot module external units, copper pipe welding, refrigerant filling and debugging work should be carried out according to the steps in the near future. Based on the actual steel structure of the customer's factory, we have made some minor adjustments to the path of the air ducts, bypassing some columns and complex roof structures, to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In the actual equipment and clean room installation process, there are often minor modifications, and our on-site engineers have provided timely solutions.
