The tablet press machine must be installed reasonably in order to function better! This article mainly introduces the installation method of special-shaped molds. The so-called special-shaped molds refer to geometric shapes such as triangles, ovals and rectangles. These shapes are called special shapes. The following is the specific installation method of the tablet press machine:

First install the flat key of the guide plate on the upper punch and fix it with screws.

The punch and die of the tablet press must be installed at the same time. Press the guide key to insert the upper punch into the upper punch hole. Sliding up and down is flexible and will not be head-to-head. Then lift the upper punch and place it on the middle die. Make the head of the upper punch enter the hole of the middle mold, align the middle mold with the hole of the mold, and lay it flat, tap the tail of the upper punch lightly with a hammer to push the middle mold in. The middle mold enters the mold hole, and its plane cannot be higher than the working surface of the turntable. Then tighten the screws of the middle mold, check whether the punching head enters the middle mold and can slide up and down flexibly, and is qualified and free of collision and hard rubbing.

Remove the tablet press lower punch and upper rail, then install the lower punch. Check whether the lower punch enters the middle die and moves up and down. It should be flexible, free from bumps and hard friction. After all the lower punches are installed, install the lower punches and upper slide rails and tighten them with screws. (Please note that when installing the lower punch and upper rail, the outer circle must be located close to the middle plate)

After installing a complete set of middle molds on the tablet press machine, turn the handwheel to make the turntable rotate 2-3 times. Observe that the upper and lower punches enter the middle die hole and move flexibly on the upper and lower guide rails without collision and hard friction. Please note that when the next punch goes up to high power (ie film exit), it should be 0.05-0.15mm higher than the plane of the turntable. Then start the motor and let it idle for 5-10 minutes, and then put it into normal production under the condition of smooth operation and no abnormal phenomenon.

The plunger cannot rotate freely when extruding tablets with a special-shaped die, but moves up and down along the upper and lower guide rails. When the turntable is driven, the plunger and guide rail will slide and rub, causing the punch and guide rail to wear each other. Therefore, you must pay attention to lubrication when using them, and remember to maintain them in daily work. We must regularly check for looseness and wear. When they are affected, punches and intermediate dies cannot be produced.

It should be noted that: before installing the mold of the tablet press machine, the power supply of the tablet press machine must be cut off, and the cover plate, the lower punching guide rail hopper and the feeder must be removed. Open the right door and gradually clean the working surface of the turntable, the die hole and the die for installation, and apply some vegetable oil on the outside of the middle die and punch, and adjust the thickness of the film to higher than 5,
