Secondly, most of the work in the clean room has detailed requirements, so there has always been a high requirement for lighting. In the lighting design, special attention should be paid to the following points: (1) to ensure the necessary illuminance for visual work; (2) to create a psychologically bright space; (3) to form a comfortable brightness distribution; (4) to reduce glare ; (5) Carry out environmental design (color, interior decoration, introduction of ornamental plants, etc.). 2 Lighting method It is necessary to explain the lighting method of the windowless clean room first: (1) General lighting: It refers to the lighting set to illuminate the entire illuminated area without considering special local needs. (2) Local lighting: This refers to the lighting set to increase the illuminance of a specified location (such as a work point). However, local lighting is generally not used alone in indoor lighting. (3) Mixed lighting: This means that the illuminance on the working surface is composed of general lighting and local lighting, and the general lighting illuminance should account for 10-15% of the total illuminance. 3 Illuminance According to the survey, statistics are made on the minimum illumination that is considered appropriate for the work, and the result is slightly higher than 150 Ix. Therefore, it is appropriate to set the lower limit of general lighting at 150 Ix, although there is a higher working efficiency at 300 Ix. According to a large number of acceptance tests, it is difficult to reach the minimum illumination value above 200 Ix. In fact, 150 Ix is quite bright, because the average illumination is much higher than it. The average illuminance in the working area is of little significance, because there are several points below 150 Ix, which are not suitable for work. From the point of view of the fineness of the operation of the pharmaceutical factory, this is not comparable to the machinery, electronics and other industries, so it is appropriate to reduce the minimum illuminance to 150 Ix. Ix, pharmaceutical factory operations should not exceed medium precision operations. The WHO's GMP states that 'production lighting should be bright, especially where the production line is visually inspected'. This suggests that it should be treated differently. The above-mentioned on-site investigation shows that the illuminance value on the actual working surface with local lighting is close to or exceeds 1000 Ix, accounting for more than 5O, and when 8w fluorescent lamps are used for local lighting, the general illuminance can reach 1000 Ix. Therefore, local lighting can be used for operating points with special requirements for high illumination, and it is not appropriate to generally increase the minimum illumination standard of the entire pharmaceutical cleanroom. Since reducing from ≥300 Ix to ≥150 Ix saves half the power, this is not a small problem. In addition to the use of local lighting, natural light can also be used if necessary, which can be done when there are verandas in the plan. In addition, the occasions should also be distinguished. The lighting of the non-production room should be lower than that of the production room, but considering the problem of light and dark adaptation, the illuminance should not be too different, and the non-production room should generally not be lower than 100 Ix. (1) According to the 'Code for Design of pharmaceutical cleanroom', the illuminance value on the working surface of the clean area without lighting windows should not be lower than the value specified in Table 2. (2) For general lighting in mixed lighting in clean areas without lighting windows, its illuminance value should be determined according to 10 ~ 15 of the corresponding mixed illuminance value of each visual level, and not less than 200 Ix. (3) The illuminance uniformity of general lighting in the clean room should not be less than 0.7.
