Three person air shower

How to improve the efficiency of staff entering clean room? Our client want to transform their workshop to produce drugs, and the laboratory is a clean area. Due to the large number of employees and the limited location of the entrance, we recommend two sets three person air shower rooms, which are installed on both sides, so as to ensure that six people can pass at one time, which greatly improves the efficiency and saves a lot of time.

In addition, customers need to comply with GMP standards, so we use SS304 stainless steel air shower chamber without dead corner design to meet the requirements of customers.

Finally, we told our customers that the filters are consumables. If they use the air shower for a long time, the internal filters need to be replaced regularly. Therefore, the customer ordered two additional filters and provided port information. Finally, we worked out a CIF contract with the customer.
