In clean room design, we often encounter users in the United States and Canada, both countries require UL certification for electrical products , This clean room dedicated LED light with UL standard certification,the lighting system is an air-proof and particle-tight system. The lighting system is designed for our two types ceiling systems in combination with enhanced hygienic requirements . for example
in the pharmaceutical Industry, in operating room in production facilities for food as well as microelectronics.
The chassis is made of powder coated sheet steel. The electrical components, such as electronic ballast or LED panels are fixed on an re-moveable board. The lighting system is inserted into the ceiling from top side; from below it is flush to the ceiling system.
