The fume hood is an integral part of the laboratory ventilation design. In order to prevent laboratory workers from inhaling or ingesting some toxic, pathogenic or toxic chemicals and organisms, there should be good ventilation in the laboratory. To prevent the absorption of some vapors, gases and particulates (smoke, soot, dust and aerosols), the pollutants must be removed by means of a fume hood, hood or partial ventilation.
PP fume hoods should mainly be used in clean rooms with high environmental requirements. Because PP materials have excellent acid resistance, compared with all steel fume hoods, excellent acid and alkali resistance can be used for higher strength acid and alkali experiments. 1.Overall material
Upper cabinet: The outer casing is made of 1.0mm #304 stainless steel. The inner casing is made of 1.0mm #304 stainless steel. It has a detachable maintenance hole for easy maintenance of circuits, waterways and air lines.
Countertop: 1.0mm #304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant, high acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, easy to clean.
Lower cabinet body: lower cabinet door panel: 1.0mm #304 stainless steel (double layer), non-welded connection removable with cushion.
2.Sliding door system
Guide rail: Made of special PVC material to reduce friction to a low degree.
Window handle: It is made of stainless steel matt handle and beautiful.
Window: aluminum profile with plastic profile frame, window with 3 5mm safety glass, can move left and right, move up and down, freely adjust. The sliding door glass handle and the window glass frame are made of 1.0mm #304 stainless steel.
Drawstring: SUS304 is outsourced PVC.
Pulley: PP silent pulley with low friction.
3.Electronic device
Lighting: The fluorescent lamp is hidden on the panel and does not come into contact with the airflow inside the stainless steel fume hood, making it easy to replace.
