The case we start at June of 2020,we received a inquiry from website of a USA customer,
He want us help him with his new technology for separation,but he do not have any idea and want to what is suitable parameters for his material.
So we recommend him our Wiped film short path distillation system.
The wiped film molecular distillation unit is superior than traditional short path distillation kit by shorter residence time,lower separation temperature, capability of continuous and unattended operation.The units are available in various sizes.
Before he paid to us,we also ask him for the sample so we can help him to test,finally we found the machine was great job for his material and we also confirm the suitable temperature,vacuum pressure,feeding and discharge speed,rotary speed.
This machine is made of SUS 316,Which is for medicine grade,and the cold trap are double type with better efficiency.
The vacuum pump also equip with diffusion pump that could raise higher at least 30％ higher vacuum degree.
In July,when customer received our machine,he is very happy to see such a beautiful machine with so many function that could save a lot of his work.
