Oil Extraction Line Layout Introduction

The first step put the raw material after drying oven and grinder into the CO2 supercritical extraction machine. After CO2 supercritical extraction machine, we will get a dark substance, which status is like ice cream, including wax, oil and chlorophyll.
The second step is to add alcohol to the substance obtained from the CO2 supercritical extraction machine and put them into the Jacketed Glass Reactor together. In this process, low temperature chiller machine and vacuum pump are equipped. When the temperature in the reactor drops to a very low temperature, the wax solidifies into a solid, and the oil dissolves in the alcohol.
The third step is to use Vacuum Filtration System to filter the solid wax obtained in the second step, and we can get a mixed liquid of oil and alcohol.
The fourth step is to use the Auto-lift Rotary Evaporator. Put the mixed liquid of oil and alcohol obtained in the third step into the Auto-lift Rotary Evaporator. After high temperature, the alcohol is evaporated, and only the oil is left in the Auto-lift Rotary Evaporator. This process also need low temperature chiller machine and vacuum pump.
The fifth step is that the oil extracted by the auto lift rotary evaporator is usually of low purity and cannot meet the high purity requirements. At this time, we will use molecular distillation machine(short path wiped film molecular distillation machine). The oil extracted by the Auto-lift Rotary Evaporator is added to the molecular distiller for purification and processing to obtain high-purity oil.The distillation process is carried out under a high vacuum, causing the molecules to escape from the hot liquid and enter the cooler surface of the condenser, where they come into contact with other molecules and finally precipitate into the liquid. Molecular distillation is generally considered the safest separation method.
